Bedford County Clerk of Circuit Court Secure Remote Access Site
Welcome to the Bedford County Clerk of Circuit Court's secure remote access site. This site has been modified to include all of the land records made available by the Clerk's office. This includes all of the current indexing data and companion images. Users of this site will no longer need to use the Supreme Court site to access current information. That site is no longer being updated and will soon be unavailable to the public. This site will continue to provide access to scanned index books for land records and images associated with those records. The user name and passwords assigned to the current SRA site will also be valid for this site.
The Clerk’s office is now open to the public from 8:30AM until 5:00PM. Land record recording stops at 4:15PM. In an effort to minimize trips to the Clerk’s office, we have made the land record indexing information available for no fee to the public. Click the Free Access button below.
Register your name for our Property Notification site. You will be able to register to be notified by e-mail if a document with the requested name is filed in Deed book. The site will provide instructions and additional details. This service is free
